In 1986, Roy joined Albin Business Centers. By 1994, he was promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales. In 1995, he assisted with the sale of Albin to the manufacturer Konica, and from 1996-2002, Roy, with his partner Greg Yauch, grew the company’s revenue from 16 million to 52 million. During this time, he met Greg McPartlin.
In 2010, Roy bought into an office equipment company and integrated the Konica Minolta brand. By 2011, this new company tripled in sale. Roy then sold the company in 2012 and partnered with Greg McPartlin at Parjana® Distribution in February 2012. Roy still owns RC Consulting and continues to consult on a limited basis with a select number of office equipment companies.
